SYMPOSIUMS: We will be presenting two full day Symposiums, both the Symposiums will take place on Monday, May 21, 2012. The first is NEPA and Decision Making. Join us for a day-long program on what happens after NEPA documents are prepared, and how that information is useful to their preparation. Presenters include Hon. Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, on judicial review of agency decisions. The second is Advance Topics in Visual Resource Impact Assessment.
